It's an old thing called the circle game. You position the circle below your waist and trick your friend into looking at it (I think it's breaking the rules if you just say "look at my hand" but idk) and if they look at it you get to punch them in the arm. I've noticed a trend on twitter where people will draw their OCs or fanart and abuse the thumbnail algorithm to only show the top half of the character. When you click on it for full view you get got by the circle game lol. Twitter prioritizes text for it's image preview so I added the text up high, so I can trick others.

I'm sorry for your loss. My grandmother primarily raised me, so when she died earlier this year in January I ended up sketching this piece as a tribute. This is designed to with the intent to get it tattooed when I can find the time.
